And it could be 9 points next week.  Thet've got Chelsea without Vidic.
They could be out of the league before October :)

Hes only addressing the problems. No way was our game perfect, you know and Kuyt was far from perfect either.

Well done anyway lads. No Torres and no Gerrard for most of the game. Im proud of the lads. Lets keep this up.

I've got news for you, we are all far from perfect, why can't you just enjoy the moment.

If we play like that in every game this will be a great season for us

Excellent performance today, well in Red Men.

Pleased with Riera's debut, like I said in another thread, he's not the quickest but is good operating in tight space.

Babel was like a firework going off!

Possession and workrate excellent, and we created a few good chances. We seemed to have loads of confidence too, well done Rafa.

It just shows what the Mancs are like without that greasy fucker, shut em down and without him as an outlet they looked clueless, should be an example to the rest of the Prem.

Get then fuck in.

Just got in now it was bouncing today on the Kop! Even when they scored we didn't let our heads drop and neither did the players. We dominated them all over the park, Xabi and Mascherano were immense, and players such as Dirk, Fabio and Arbeloa who get their fair share of stick were brilliant too. We defended as a team, attacked as a team, closed down every loose ball and attacked the space and absolutely battered them. Perfect. This has been so long coming I can't describe the pure elation when that final whistle blew. Riera looked boss, and him, Babel, Gerrard and Keane are great options to rotate along with Kuyt and Yossi in those three positions behind Torres.

We are looking ominous - this could be the biggest turning point in Rafa's career as Liverpool manager. We fear nobody now. Nobody.

MINUTE 11 - A SHIFT IN POWER? - BACK ON OUR FUCKING PERCH?

This could be it, when the chips looked down, the manc's were playing well, we started playing the football we know we can play with the players we now have.  For anyone that ever doubted the quality and depth we now have, playing like we did for majority of the match without arguably our two best players, those doubts should now be quashed.

ALONSO - what a player.  Getting rid of him in January will be a mistake especially if he goes to a rival and we end up 10million down with Barry in our squad.  But now is not a time for reguigitating that theme.  Xabi with the help and supremacy of Masch dominated the midfield which allowed us to control the tempo and out-class the manc's.

So, so happy!

Well done Liverpool, I'm proud of every single player. Man Utd just weren't at the races today and they paid for it.

Well, after just peeling myself off the roof, what a fucking victory. Bossed it completely in the second half and Mascherano was simply outstanding, but Alonso just shaded him. I thought he was just magnificent. Dictated the tempo, always in space, you can't teach that, he's just so naturally gifted.

Robbie Keane worked his nuts off and set the tone for me by constantly closing down, chasing lost causes. It may not have come off for him today, but his work-rate was phenomenal. They were fantastic today and to see Redknapp squirm when giving Benitez credit afterwards was comedy gold. |You could see him and Dublin waiting to stick the knife in, but had to backtrack.

A truly glorious day.

Beautiful perfomance, beautiful win.

hahahahahahaha you dirty, smelling mancs. top of the league. What a win, one of the best and funniest ever. Considering we were 1-0 down. I'm happy to be proved wrong, I didn't like the team lineup, and once Tevez scored I assumed we were done for. but I never banked on Riera turning out to be basically a top draw, top fucking draw player!! and I never banked on people like Kuyt, Keane, Skrtel and Alonso choosing today to show how good they can be. 1-0 down and coming back to win 2-1, perfect. There would have been bedlam if Kuyt had slotted that chance at the end.

It just shows what the Mancs are like without that greasy fucker, shut em down and without him as an outlet they looked clueless, should be an example to the rest of the Prem.

Ferguson helped us out there. In the second half Rooney was the only attacking option who really looked close to being on his game, but stuck rigidly to the right on instruction. Had Fergie switched him with Tevez, or replaced Berbatov once he'd had enough, we might have been caught on the break more.

fantastic performence, just brilliant. everyone was superb, the more i see of Skrtel the more i begin to think this lad could be something special. He is young and not scared of anything. Riera well, plain to see the lad knows how good he is, i mean how fucking nice is it to see the left winger attack the full back! fucking hell cant believe we have a positive left winger.

I was too nervous to notice how good babel was so gonna watch the match again and enjoy it to see how everyone played. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAH beat stoke and everton and we are on our way.

Also as riera does look class, our squad looks so much stronger, i mean did you see how much space benanooon had in the middle? quality wingers provide that, great stuff.
