He then starts trying to punch the ghost and starts telling it to fuck off
Anyone have any experience or knowledge of the Dell Studio 15?
Anyone else being strangely drawn to Dion Dublin's nipples?
Looking into getting one, done a bit of reading round on it and it seems to be a really good laptop. A bit like the XPS line but with more "everyday" options (4 USB ports, WLED screen option, backlit keyboard option). Looks stunning (in my opinion) to boot.Have a look here - http://forum.notebookreview.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1050loads of opinions on it and some reports from people who actually have one.
Ben what do you think of the £479 model on this page:http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/laptop_studio_15?c=uk&cs=ukdhs1&l=en&s=dhsIts the cheapest of the packages there and was wondering what you (and others) thought of the specs? I'm not very good on the technical side of things so wasn't sure. Thanks.
Yeah mate I don't use it for a great deal of things but still want something quite fast and reliable. I've got a Dell Inspiron 6000 from years ago and when switching it on it can take up to 5/10 minutes to start up and if running something like limewire it completely slows down.
Think mine has even less than 1GB. So basically you'd suggest the £479 model but adding another £20 to it by taking it up to 3GB?
I'm still a stupid twat, basically.
anyone know anything about the Asus EEP-PC 701
Looking for a laptop for my final year of uni but not really sure which make/model to go for and where the best place is to get it from.My budget is around £500 so looking for fairly decent processor, about 2GB RAM, fairly decent HD size and other standard things such as DVD R/W and wireless capabilites you would expect for paying such an amount.Any suggestions?
what do Rawkites think of the COMPAQ presario A935?seriously looking to buy one.thanks for your advice.
Seems to have fairly similar specs to the Dell i just got for the same price, except i got Office, bag and custom colour thrown in as well, and have one more usb port
So compared to the PC World spec and price I posted, you got an extra 40GB, MS Office and a laptop bag? Not bad. Hopefully find something similar.
Not sure i got an extra 40gb, mine is 160gb
Yeah the PC World one is only 120GB.
Ended up plumping for this with a laptop case and mouse for £376.96.
Yeah 'tis. Would have preferred a 200GB HD but there didn't appear to be any unless you paid a hefty amount more.Slights doubts with it a being a Samsung, not exactly renowned for laptops, and the pictures don't inspire me, but hopefully it's great in the 'flesh'.
