Enjoying the new series! One question for Hinesy if he is reading...

In the latest episode, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to have a cameo from Big Innes, but instead it was Navid, which just didn't feel right. Did you think about having Innes appear (possibly tanked up on Midori)?

It was on the BBC Scotland channel a couple of months ago.

Sorry to say this on here Hinesy but it was the weakest one yet, think maybe a good thing this was the final series.

Really!? By far the best of the latest series. And I thought the ending was very fitting.

Agree with this. Nothing could ever live up to series 2-5 though. Loads of live shows in Glagae later this year, I’m going early October.

Only started watching this on netflix a few weeks back , when I go the gym do a good 30 minute walk to Start on the treadmill and put an episode every time . Anyone looking at me must wonder what’s he pissing himself laughing at , then last week took a swig of my water and ended up spitting it out all over the screen at a punchline , characters are brilliant .

The great thing about it is its very consistent nearly all the way from S1 to the end. You can argue that it started to drop off very slightly towards the end, and it probably ended at the right time, but by no means would I tell people to stop watching at a certain point, the way other great comedies definitely fall off like Parks and Rec, The US Office, Trailer Back Boys.

The first few seasons hold up amazingly well. Struggled a bit when it came back - some of that was just not quite being able to recapture the magic, but I also think it was just a show that suited the pre-HD era in terms of look and feel.
