Just finished watching series 1 - 4 and 5 and six to go on DVD. It's a crime they haven't shown the first three series in England and I can't believe how many people I know have never heard of it.

I know there's a christmas special but is there a series 7? Also how does one go about getting to watch filming?

Watched the first 3 last night; loved the country house episode. There aren't many series this consistently well-written, imo. (Or directed, of course

That garden episode shown tonight is brilliant. The scene where he's shouting at the lads and the bus drives off behind him is great, you know exactly what's coming but when it happens its hilarious.

A classic scene from the first episode in the first series.

A great "British" comody series. That deserves to be ranked alongside the likes of Steptoe - Till Death Do us Part and Rising Damp.

Some parts of this are actually quite moving, like when Jack and Victor talk about their wives,when they're at the graveyard and when Vitor talks about his son who never wants to see him.

It was a Directing Drama module. I was in that class. Your lectures were very interesting, despite the actual module being a bit of a shambles.
