This is probably a bit thick of me, but I just noticed that he's wearing a red tie in all of the pics.  Subtle, but class.  I wonder if he wore club or club colour ties at Valencia and Tenerife.

Also, interesting to think that in training, only the manager and coaches get to wear the red strip, but the players have to wear black trackies.

The links are wrong - if you add "-www.footballclips.net.rm" on to the end of them they work. e.g:
http://imran.footballclips.net/rafa19.rm-www.footballclips.net.rm
and

Hopefully those links will work for you, otherwise do it manually :)
