They'd have to plan months in advance, road closures, barriers would need hiring in, Policing numbers sorted etc etc

Or we could hold the parade in Manchester on whatever route they optimistically think there will be City fans.
"All the lads have been talking about is walking out in front of the Kop, with 40,000 singing 'You'll Never Walk Alone'," Collins told BBC Radio Solent. "All the money in the world couldn't buy that feeling," he added.

I think for the last one it was announced officially about two weeks in advance of the CL final date - obviously the preparations for the route planning etc. would have been put in place some time before, but I assume no more 'official' than the contingency plans that are put in for events that might happen at short notice (if a big public figure dies or the President decides to turn up for a visit they don't just work out what to do on the fly).

Wonder if he'll speak to the crowd at the Wolves game?

He didn't do it for BVB as he said he'd be too emotional so they played a video on the screens instead

You would only need to change 4 results in Klopp's 487 games to turn 1 PL Title and 1 CL win into 3 PL Title and 3 CL wins.

Surprised he doesn't look more knackered than he does.

Share the exact same sentiments as many on here.

The 2022 parade covered everything, including Women's team getting promoted back to the WSL, to celebrate the title which we could not properly do previously, as well as 2 trophies, all while being in the mix for 2 more right until the end. The buzz and happiness was real.

It really has been as sad an ending to a season for as long as I can remember, so many changes and things going wrong in such a short time. I could not, with good heart, celebrate that. Though, like absolutely every reds supporter should, wish Klopp all the best in everything he does in life and cannot thank him enough for making us all believe again, has been an utter blast these past few years.

- all in my opinion of course -

Yep. Klopp's been amazing but changing one result or in a season and it could have been so much more. From where we were when he took over though, I don't think I could have expected how things have turned out, not only the trophies but the times we went so close competing against a nation state amd some of the best teams in Europe and the football we played, some of the matches we've had and all of those individual moments that will go down in our history. I know there'll be loads discussion about them over the next few weeks but the earliest ones, like Origi's equaliser against West Brom and the subsequent celebration (which Klopp got mocked for) and Lallana's winner against Norwich and the celebrations with Klopp stick out - and kind of mean a lot more in hindsight given what's happened these past 9 years.

I try not think about Man City too much as it just gets me too angry how we got cheated out of more success and how the team that we built under Klopp would be treated as one of the all time greats, given the way it was built, its success and they football they played.

Im not sure I needed that info in my life right now. I really hope we can put it all right in the near future. Winning against RM in a CL final and win another title leaving Man. City devastated in 2nd place.

Think Jurgen timed his exit perfectly as we still want more from him but he probably knows he needs a wee break from the game as he looks tired these days. He's 57 soon n think he's gonna retire from the game completely in the next five years. A stint as a national manager might be the next chapter for him. Hats off to the man for a lovely decade as it went too quick, like everything good in life.

Absolutely on the money, just a shame Jurgen didn't say this on the TNT broadcast on Saturday.

The problem is most fans of other clubs are c*nts, they will complain about the "big 6" doing things for selfish reasons, but they are happy for selfish decisons to be made if it helps their clubs. Solidarity falls away for bantz everytime.

Fuck TNT, fuck Sky, we need subscribers to cancel en masse before anything is done.
