Does anyone know if you dont scan your ACS ticket do you lose the credit? My Mrs cant make it so I'm going alone but struggling to shift her ticket

You don't lose credit in the auto regardless of what you do, but don't leave the seat empty you can forward it to someone who can go and still won't lose credit.

I have a PA tkt on my disabled ST but he can't make the WH date so I haven't update the card on the CC ACS, but I have for EL & FAC.  LASK has been taken ok but if I don't go to WH, will I be kicked out for Europe & FAC, or would I need to buy a WH tkt and waste it to stay in the others? I've never been in this position b4 (newly disabled) and not sure what to so.

As far as I know each competition is separate so you won't be kicked out of all 3 if you miss one game in one competition. 

In 2019, I was removed from the League Cup scheme as I was on holiday at the time of the Arsenal game and couldn't go (as it turned out we lost at Villa in the next round so no real loss apart from the match credit but by the time the ACS re-opened after COVID it dropped to all Members and I got back in).

Morning mate, if they create a general admin pass they can add F&F for up to 14 days after and then you can distribute to them then. They need to download the NFC pass once created an account as well

Have to say I didn't realise about the 14 day cut off though? They created the accounts last night so I'll get them to add me and my lad to their F&Fs list.

All of them is usually the way for the European autocup but may be slightly less with the upper Anfield Road open

Yes. They've enabled distributing, even though they're not supposed to have enabled it. And they say you can't distribute cup games. Even though plenty of people have been able to do it since this system was introduced. But you definitely can't do it.

Yes, we've both got full league credits.

I have 2 tickets for West Ham and am unable to use them because of a family event .
One was bought on auto cup on a ST and one was bought on an autocup on a member card
What I want to do is as follows.

Forward the ST ticket to a member who I have in my Friend and family
Then with my ST being ‘blank’ ask my friend to transfer his members ticket to My ST
Then forward that ticket from my ST to another member

I have to use my ST as a pass through as the two members aren’t connected .

My nervousness is the recent batch of tickets that sound like they were cancelled - can anyone confirm that they were just cancelling tickets where people were buying in a members sale then forwarding , buying again and forwarding etc etc ?

Will I be ok doing what I intend ?

FFS.  Just realised I forgot to update card details after I had to cancel my debit card at the weekend.  I updated them a few minutes ago but assuming they have already tried and failed to take payment.

Is there any way of finding out if they tried yet or do I just need to wait?  And how worried should I be?!

Just a case of hanging fire for now. You'll get an email / text probably on Friday or Monday telling you that your payment has failed and that you have a day or two to complete the purchase. Then you can log in and the ticket should be in the "reservations" section of your account, allowing you to check out as if you're buying a ticket normally. No biggie
