.Sorry everyone - it looks like there'll be fewer '
Inside Training', '
U23 or U18 match highlights' or other '
paywalled' video content etc from LFC TV on here in the future...
Many of the short videos I post on here... are from the reddit/LiverpoolFC site - so there won't be as many, if any, to come.

We are reaching out as we have received communication directly from the club that it has come to their attention that LFCTV content has been wrongfully used on our sub. They have been direct in asking us as a sub to stop posting videos, interviews, match highlights, etc that sit behind their paywall.
In addition to this the club have also contacted the Reddit admins in order to get previous posts removed.
The club have been very direct in highlighting this is a copyright infringement issue, and that we need to take this seriously.
What this means moving forward is that there will be no posting of LFCTV content that is behind their paywall.
Please do not try to circumvent this by posting Twitter links, other links in comments, or general workarounds.
We will be formally codifying rules changes, and bans will be the results to those who continue to post this content.
As some may be aware, this issue is similar to the Athletic. Details of which can be found here.
Thank you for understanding.

translated, this means...The club don't want to see their videos put up online for free - when they are charging others fans money via subscription to see them.
If reddit/LiverpoolFC continues to feature LFC TV paywalled videos... then the club will have the reddit/LiverpoolFC site closed down.
Quite how the club deem 'match highlights' of the U18, U23, and 'Inside Training' videos to somehow be 'premium content' / or worthy of paid subscriptions is beyond me.
I guess it is all part of
transforming the 'Liverpool family' / Liverpool supporters into customers - with the usual bollocks spouted that 'if we didn't we wouldn't be able to compete' etc.
If the same zeal and threats by the club on this - along with takedowns of non-monetized fan-made videos online - was also used to try and ensure LFCtv GO / Online was stable and capable of running smoothly after 10+ years of ongoing and unaddressed issues... maybe people could actually watch this '
premium content' on a platform that seemingly works without issue for the paying fans?
