Now it's a test of our "mentality" -- if we can find the bottle to take it to them again, we could even get another, certainly stop them getting any more. Nunez looks to be coming on. I'd take off Baros myself, not Tony, becuase he's having an inspired night

Baros seemed to be running out of steam so i can understand the change.  Thought it might have been Smicer instead though.

Hey guys from Greece.

I thought Liverpool has done very well to extend the hand of friendship towards Juventus, but can someone please explain why the juventus fans have so much attitude and disrespect to what you did? Watching the game LIVE and was surprised to see them turn their backs before the kick-off during the ceremonies, and they didn't even hold the minute silence.

Now during the celebrations of the goal that made 2-1 you could clearly see very obscene gestures towards the Liverpool fans.

Really pathetic.

Anyway, thats just my 2 cents.

Liverpool-Olympiakos FOREVER.

Goodluck, and hope you advance to next stage. I'm positive you will.

Baros off. That's strange I thought he was playing well.

He was really good in the first half, but in the second he didn't get anything done (even though the passing was awful too). Of course I'd rather see him play, but if somebody else is needed to get the passing and the flow back up...

Good win for the reds. Surely a confidence booster for the upcoming match against man city.
All we need to do now is to press them for the first half next week and score at least 1 in turin.

What a fucking absolutely great game of footy. The first time I've watched a game stood up in the living room. 2-1 against Juventus in the QF of the CL, gimme a break!!! Proud of all of them. They couldn't have given anymore.

We can take the game to them in Turin, too, no reason why not, and we'll have Xabi back to orchestrate. Look, they're probably the best club side in the world right now. You could see it when we gave them room, they're pure class. So what we did tonight was fucking epic!!

We won, so we go into next week with a good advantage.  Ok we conceded but they still have to come out and score and with Alonso likely to be back for some part of it we have a very good chance to make the semis.

Impressive enough, a 2-1 win, many 'experts' didn't give us a chance. I think we'd of all settled for that before the game.
Hope people aren't too harsh on Carson as he also made some great saves.

It will be very tough over there but lets keep the faith and who knows?

Man City away next. Get the 3 points and keep the confidence going.
