Just logged in from a hotel in new york.  TV has about 599 different shite channels but no "soccer".

Don't know if its worse for those of you watching or me getting updates on here but here's hoping we keep it tight enough for the last few minutes.

This has been a game that has tested the nerve and grit of the whole Liverpool team. A tough test that we passed with flying colours. 3 players off injured and 1 playing injured we've shown the kind of passion that fans expect to see. Even down to 10 men we hung on and deserved much more than the 3 points we won.

Everton for their part dug deep ino their box of cheats and kicked the life out of us and tried every trick in the book.

We have a break now to get our players back to fitness, I for one am proud of the team today, my chest bursting with pride for all of our players. I might not have any nails left but we saw a brilliant display today from our team.

Many sing 'we all dream of a team of carraghers" well today we saw that level of commitment from all.

Well done lads, you made us proud to be reds.
The consequences of rejecting reality are not immediate but they are inevitable

YES
