I think he deserves a bit more respect for his decision than some are giving him. To decide to stay when possibly courted by the biggest clubs around is a show of loyalty and also that he wants to lead Leverkusen in the CL not leave the job half done.

It doesn’t mean he won’t be our boss one day. And would it be the worse thing if he goes to Madrid first? Gets that out the way so we’re not always wondering whether he’s gonna jump ship to them
