I warned in the pre match thread Chelsea would look to antagonise our less experienced players. I couldn't bear to watch the game because of anxiety, so I don't know for sure what's going on, but these are the kinds of incidents I was worrying about. If our lads don't think they'll get protection from the ref, they'll look to protect themselves.
