Yep. It's getting lost a bit in the noise over injuries and refereeing, but aside from a couple of minutes leading up to them scoring, I thought that was an absolutely brilliant performance under the circumstances.

There were so many times, both coming into the game and during the game, where we could've felt sorry for ourselves, but we rose above it. Do that in the next two, and the City game will feel like winner takes all.

Onto the next one and cross everything we don’t pick up any more injuries. Get through Luton unscathed and I think Chelsea would have seen a bit of rotation anyway, and keep whoever we to fresh for Forest away.

They were dangerous at times but we had the better chances before the first goal.

Yep, having Bradley and a fit Gomez is brilliant for us. MacAllister is playing great with Endo behind. Just need a bit of luck and hope for some sort of fitness by one of those injured for the final.

Oh, and that half-time thread, the fucking state of that post about our injuries. Mc Allister stands on Diogo's foot then a fucking grock lands on his leg and someone says what are the physios doing and why are we getting injuries

Ever since they were promoted it seemed a real challenge for Klopp teams to go play there. Thought we did a great job taking the sting out of their initial pressure and eventually our better attackers made the difference. Was a great all around game tempered by the injuries.

One game at a time but we should be well setup over these next 4 or so games to handle the potential absences. On to Luton!

Really hope they aren't that bad and it's the end of our badluck in that department

our forwards are freaking critical for this game. think once the macca goal was in their heads just dropped. no amount of diving and shithousing can get that morale up again.

hope to hear some good news regarding jota, curtis and darwin and hopefully all are just precaution as the busy period is coming.
