Spurs are doing well and have a settled side.

Their next six include four home matches (Chelsea, Aston Villa, West Ham and Newcastle) and two away (Wolves and City).

Lets see how they do in that run.

Wasn't that how Wenger described his Arsenal team?

So if we are Heavy Metal, and Arsenal are classical, I would say Palace footbally is more akin to a man farting into a trumpet

The only thing that annoys me about Spurs is that it was supposed to be us on top of the table. Deservedly so. Otherwise, who cares. They’ll melt away like snow under heavy stream of warm piss. As they always do. Angelic Positiveclue will shamelessly complain about referees, much lauded Maddison will do what he did to Leicester and give up, their fans will ramble about Kane never being replaced and everyone will just turn their attention elsewhere.

Yeah.  It's a constant reminder of that shitty game.

No one even bothers to mention how bloody corrupt that game was too. Does my head in.
If it was the other way around they’d never let us forget about it.

Main thing Spurs have going for them is they're not in Europe and already out of the cup, it's one game a week all season with momentum behind them. That Sheff United game was annoying because it would have deflated them losing that but they kept on playing until they scored basically. Then the utter farce of the Liverpool game. They couldn't even break us down with 9 men but were gifted an own goal right at the end.

We're already just about in November. They've got 26 from 30 which is great. Yes, they'll start dropping points but it's been a magnificent start for them and they're probably riding a wave of extreme confidence. Sometimes that in itself can get you results. Think of our run in 13/14. People said Arsenal would start dropping points and go away last season but they never did and pushed City all the way to April. I'm not saying Spurs will do that but for me they're definitely finishing on 75-80+ points.

They still look like a team shorn of a proper no 9. They remind me of the time we were relying on the likes of Borini for goals  ::)

That will depend on how many injuries they get. Also the test will be Christmas and when they are having to play more than once a week.

Is he fit again? They’ve got someone called Eddie Beach on their bench ahead of him

Given he wasn't even in their squad earlier on this season because of a lack of match fitness (despite having a pre-season), I think we'll see him make his debut next August at the earliest.

that corner from brentford there :lmao

They’ve barely seen the other end of the pitch for 20 mins, they finally get a corner, and pass it back to the goalie.

Every time Brentford get any sort of possession they waste it by attempting over the top Hollywood balls which ends up with the Chelsea goalie.
