Think it may not have come into effect yet. They announced they were concentrating on the Nordic/Dutch markets a while back - so you could well still see Viaplay streams of UK sports, just not broadcast legally in the UK.

Southgate must be thanking his lucky stars the first game after the Henderson interview is against Ukraine. That way, he's allowed to play him so it doesn't look like he's being benched for being a bellend, without it (realistically) being a detriment to the team today. Would've been interesting if England had to play someone like France which would've put Southgate in a tricky spot. Not much to lose by playing Henderson against Ukraine. Though I would laugh and laugh if it bit him in the ass. (Which it very well could, considering he's also starting Maguire.)
