Astonishing. 5.20am here and I'm huddled over my phone in bed trying to decide if I'm really awake. In the lead up to big games I often dream up some unlikely scenarios but none this silly. I did think it'd be sweet if Cody scored because the Mancs wanted him. Little did I know that 43rd minute contribution would be a side note to a massacre!

Did not expect that! I saw a bit of WHU against these and I thought United were gifted all three goals so I thought we had a chance at home but that was great second half.

Many MoTM's today, all of them infact.

I was surprised man u players came out of the tunnel laughing at the start of the second half because they are a goal down and you thought they would be at it but they were the opposite.

Shout out to Harvey who I've been a big critic of in that more central role but he played great today, he closed the space down cleverly instead of closing the man down and much more mature controlled performance in there.

Well, we've had worse afternoons...

Obviously the attacking play was brilliant, but special mention to that midfield. Fabinho and Hendo of old and Elliott covered every blade of grass. Both fullbacks superb. 7-0 flattered United and how they finished with 11 men was beyond me.

The referee was an absolute disgrace how United ended that game with 11 players ill never know Fernandes alone should have had a red for putting his hands on the linesman and about 4 other occasions deserved yellow.

Everyone of our players deserve man of the match absolutely amazing stuff.

Wow. Great performance. Thought Harvey in particular was great and phenomenal to see the front 3 start to gel.

Didn’t expect us to expose them so brutally. They were never title contenders and should be pleased to be top 4 frankly.

Let’s hope we didn’t use up all our goals. Have to beat Bournemouth going into our mini break. Wrap up top 4, buy some quality in the summer and look forward with optimism.
