That's up to every individual how much his desire and dedication is to succeed. Most youngsters don't do well on loan, because they think they are better than that, playing in Championship or whatever. The ones who want to succeed, will keep their head down and work hard whenever the club sends them.
Not always. A lot of them go out with the best intentions. But ultimately, they are young and have little experience.
So if things go poorly, its only natural that a manager will turn to experience. Or a young player loses confidence…which is fragile at the best of times
Or in other cases. They dont fit it. That can happen to anyone of any age…Forlan at United or Salah at Chelsea.
The Foden plan…not that many are as good as he was. But the Foden plan, I suspect has changed a lot of minds on how to develop an elite talent
