I also got the impression the government wanted him in detention tonight but Djokovic is prepared to go into detention at 8:00am tomorrow where he’ll be meeting with his lawyers all day then spend the night in a detention facility

Sorry but that is exactly who Australia's head of state is. And the elected representative isn't much better than Boris either. He's basically an Australian version of Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson, a clumsy nitwit who shirks responsibility at every opportunity.
