Having an extra team is merely embarrassing. For the Atletico tie one of the eligible teams (Man U) were missing - I think that will mean they have to redraw the whole thing.

Anyone thinking this will get redrawn is clearly under the mistaken impression that UEFA are answerable to anyone.

It should at least end claims that it’s rigged anyway, it would be hard to rig that shitshow.

Ive just watched the replay back, he 100% puts Liverpool ball in the Atletico draw and doesnt put in Utd. This will get redrawn

Given that Utd were drawn against Villarreal, I'd say there was another team missing that time, too.

Still hope they double down and decide not to redraw.

Essentially this. What a farce. Utd actually did get drawn v Villareal didn't they, who shouldn't have been in the pot for that segment? It's difficult to see where they've gone wrong but they most definitely made a couple of mistakes. Atleti weren't seemingly in the pot for City's draw?

I mean we should be alright. All teams at this stage in the CL are dangerous and should be respected, but they're probably weaker than every team that we just beat twice in the group stage. They're not as good as they were last time we played them when they had Haaland, Daka, Minamino, Mwepu, Haidara and Szoboszlai etc.

Yes, when he pulled those balls from respective teams, I was wondering why he was taking the United ball for the Villareal one. Made no sense. I could see at least one more mistake, maybe more than 1.

Nah, we should be fine. They finished 2nd in one of the easiest groups in this season's CL. Plus, it's the first ever time they made it to the knockouts.

No he added all seven teams to the Villareal draw but it should have been 6 (everyone but Utd) nobody would have even noticed if Utd hadn't been drawn out! Makes you wonder how many other times theyve done it
