Garner, Gana and Onana. It sounds like the name of a shit law firm, or something.

Sounds like a few who play in the derby will have never played together before. What a chance that should be for us to win.

What happened to the PL monitoring their transfer business after falling foul of FFP three years on the bounce . By the looks of it they’re just letting them recoup their made up COVID losses..This is again a massive kick in the teeth for the likes of Watford, Norwich and Burnley who all played by the rules but got relegated for doing just that
As if we didn’t know FFP is just made up bollocks and this proves it as they seem to be buying as many players as Forest….They’re just a shite version of Man City, the cheating c*nts

Absolutely fucking sickening point scoring from some Blues tonight, taking the high ground over Carvalho doing his signature celebration and saying it’s in bad taste after recent events involving guns in Liverpool.

Imagine reaching that far to spit bile about another sports club, they’re fucking ill. I hope we beat them 9-0 and every fucking goal is marginally offside but still given.

No...Never... It's not like them to find something to be offended by. ::)

*edit* By the way, the only thing they actually found in bad taste was us scoring a 98th-minute winner. That's what their faux outrage is really about.

Obviously their new midfield trio will make up the centre, Maupay is now the best striker on Merseyside© so I'd expect his inclusion, Ingerlunds no1?, he'll be in, Anthony Gordon is the best winger on Merseyside™ so it would be churlish to omit him.

So Frank has now had nearly a full team of players transferred in, admittedly not spending a lot net, nevertheless the club has signed established players who won't be on apprentice wages. He will be judged by what that brings, unlike Rafa who had very little given to him in terms of players (basically a handful of free transfers).

Let's just see what he's bought, amazing to see that some Everton fans are optimistic again, maybe they will right this time.

I don't disagree. But half of the PL clubs would have him if they could afford him. And if Ev go to the Championship, that might just happen.

Plus, he'd fit Spurs diving game plan to a tee.

Amazing stuff.  Hard to know where to begin with it.

The best part is the "at least 5 starters" part as it's consistent with their fans thinking every signing they make is automatically brilliant.  They've signed:
- Two players from relegated Burnley
- A player no longer wanted by Wolves
- A 1 in 4 striker from Brighton
- A soon to be 33-year old midfielder that walked out on them three years ago (and is also a bit of a twat by the sounds of it)
- Two unproven youngsters

Klopp has shown with the likes of Robbo and Gini that where you sign from isn't really all that important.  He's Klopp though.  Lampard is an average manager at best.

Everton fans should just watch the transfer window updates then hibernate for a few months to dream about all the things they're going to achieve, safely away from the reality of them having dug themselves a little deeper into their hole.

Incoming Pickford head-loss...

Everton's Jordan Pickford talk's to Football Focus's Kelly Somers about getting married in the summer, maturing as a footballer and following in Joe Hart's footsteps as a youngster.
Whenever Pickford talks about things like how he's matured it's only a matter of time.

They never learn, they have a championship level manager at best, signing middle of the road (at best) players. He won't make any of their players better. It's just the level of delusion which is laughable. They set themselves up for disappointment every season. Not to mention they take more joy out of us dropping points than their own team winning.

On the idrissa gueye signing, a lot of clubs would not touch him with a barge pole given his views. Says a lot about that club.

Pretty much. On the other hand they have six CBs
