UEFA president stating teams will be banned from all UEFA competitions.  Makes cl qualification irrelevant then I guess.

Some sort of compromise will prevail maybe but who knows.

The clubs will back down and everyone will welcome the new Champions League format, forgetting they were originally going to protest against it. All hail UEFA.

How do you know it wasn't the Premier League.

Spot on.
Football, like life, isn't about getting what you want or even deserve. It's about appreciating what you have.

All of those who are against the super league need to stop attacking those who are on our side for perceived hypocrisy or whatever. If we're to successfully fight this everyone needs to be united not attacking all sides because so and so might have voted one way or another or someone else took money off someone else.
Exactly. Neville has been spot on throughout, but some can't bring themselves to agree with him.

My view is that Leeds are right, FSG are wrong, I'm sorry Klopp and the players are caught in the crossfire.

Agree.

B: 15 out of 20 places will be permanently fixed, not earned.

Yes, incredibly similar.

79% of fans against it, of which 68% are strongly against, only 14% support the league. If you're on the side of the clubs on this you're in a very lonely place.

Hilariously oblivious comment from Micah Richards on the radio:

If it wasn't for city not doing it the proper and not earning it, we wouldn't even be that close to this fucking situation today in the first place.
Absolutely fucking spot on! If the authorities had stopped the sports washing then no way would we be in this situation! What else can the likes of us do to compete with a fucking sovereign state with unlimited funds and cheating to use them state funds? Not enough is being made of how that has contributed to the situation we now have!

Sure all the small businesses around Leeds who were fucked over by Leeds refusing to pay their bills in the Ridsdale era but still splashing on Keane, Fowler etc are really glad to see them taking the moral high ground.

Even though I would like for that to happen, I am afraid it is too late for that now. This is 1992 all over again. It could have been resolved in a better way, but UEFA and the national leagues don't have the capacity to do the necessary reform. Even today's adopted proposal for the Champions League reform is not solving anything. It is just adding more games to the calendar. The 12 clubs simply don't need to give UEFA hundreds of millions every year for a poorly run competition ...
