Bale has played something like 4 games in the last 6 months. He will need weeks to get up to match pace, Spurs will be basically be paying for him to get fit. By the time he does they could be out of Europe, out of the League Cup and off the pace in the league....they are hanging their hats on him being and immediate superstar....don’t see that happening to be honest

They wouldn't want to be promoting anything about us strengthening even further would they?
