Guardiola is always respectful when he feels in a good place to be. Happy and kind when he thinks he can have his way. When things go against him, respect flies out the window. Shows his true colors. He is only respectful of us when he thinks he has a clear shot at beating us - easier to be humble in victory than in defeat, which he most certainly is not, ever.
