Haven't watched it yet but apparently the Becky/Charlotte V Bayley/Sasha match was fantastic on Raw last night. Looking forward to seeing it tonight.

It was pretty good in fairness.

The first hour or raw was pretty good, but then it died off again. Alright main event but big gaps in the middle of the show. The triple threat King of the Ring match was good too. I think they've fucked the King of The Ring tournament, final is looking very bland and poor.

And they've bumped the final from Clash of Champions to Monday's Raw. Which isn't exactly a show of faith.

This appears to be the reasoning

ITV is a public service broadcaster, so ITV4 can only show an average of 7 minutes of adverts per hour per day. With how many advert breaks there are in the US, there's gonna be a lot of time where adverts can't be shown. I believe this might be where Tony Khan says ITV is unable to broadcast it free-to-air as their channels are public service channels

It also means that AEW will strictly be a safe for morning TV show (where they do what SKY do and cut away to crowds during chair shots and other violence).

New announce teams for WWE shows from next week.

Raw will have Vic Joseph doing play-by-play and Dio Maddin and Jerry Lawler supporting. Smackdown will have Michael Cole with Corey Graves and Renee Young supporting.

Clear sign that Smackdown is being treated as the A show now that it's going to Fox.

John Morrison going back to WWE as well apparently.

CM Punk testing for FOX produced show WWE Backstage

Will be employed by FOX rather than WWE

He did hosting duties for Netflix show The Beast master (like a more extreme Ninja Warrior obstacle course type show). Funnily enough Wade Barrett is doing UK hosting duties for the same show and Punk would come in and say 'I've got some bad news for you' which raises a smile

I thought everyone in here thought Bray was wasted and should have had a better run etc? This is what that looks like, you can't push him as an evil monster and have everyone be stoic and cool.

Bray is done for me, can't be salvaged. He's a decent worker, great talker, but he's stuck with the hokey WWE writing (but I think there's a lot of input on his side too so whatever). And you can definitely still push him as an evil monster and not have your top babyface scream and cower.

The rock on smackdown, it’s his show, it only makes sense. He is the WWE’s biggest star. Can’t wait!

If AEW were smart they’d have Conor McGregor appear on their debut show, it’d make a massive impact instantly.

Swagger has some potential but if that's the best surprise they can spring on their debut TV show then they're in real trouble. And WWE throwing money at everyone even glancing at AEW is going to kill them within a couple of years. Just cannot compete with that kind of cash unless they get Jurgen in charge and start working way smarter.
