The thing I liked most about All out was you could hear the fans chanting "Yes" before Cole came out and the fans thinking that's who the big reveal is, just to then reveal another on top of that.

They played it so well with Cole too, the fans thinking they have someone to challenge Omega, only to be disappointed, only to the be sent back upwards again with Danielson.

So Kevin Owens contract is up much sooner than expected - January 2022. I think he's a lock for AEW to be honest.

I can see why Mark Carrano and Cayman Ceman were fired - Black given only a 30 day non compete clause, Cole contract up earlier than everyone expected, Owens contract up earlier than expected, I believe Paige has said the same thing too (up a year earlier than expected). I don't know what's going on but someone has fucked up in Talent Relations and seemingly no one has a clue about any of the contracts

He signed an extension in 2018 for what they thought was 5 years but is actually only 4 years, so he is free agent January 2022

Think I'd be more excited for Zayn though, he's actually developed into a great character in WWE but just doesn't get the same in-ring opportunities anymore.

I think they're both talented but neither of them particularly strike me as people WWE would be majorly concerned at leaving and going to AEW. Punk and Bryan are the ones who are going to 'put butts in the seats', I can't imagine Kevin Owens (who I do like) or Sami Zayn would in any great numbers.

Owens is one of the best guys they have on the mic, so I think they'd see that as a loss. And I think Vince does like him, I'm sure Owens has had his frustrations but it's not like he's had a bad career in WWE, plenty of big moments and usually on a decent place on the card.

Agree with this.  The real issue for WWE is that people who worked their entire career just to get into that company are now leaving.

It'll take forever because WWE are so massive and make crazy money, but in a few years time, AEW will be the place people work towards.

It might not be the worst thing in the world for them to be honest (although I don't see AEW ever being the place to work towards for people who want to be the biggest stars in wrestling). At some point, once the lunatic steps away from the wheel and they've purged some of the people who were reasons for people leaving in the first place, they'll get their houses back in order somewhat and you'll likely end up seeing people going the other way.

For the time being it'll work out fine because WWE are now targeting a completely different type of wrestler compared with AEW.  Daniel Garcia is a good example, he just doesn't fit the prototype they're now looking for, even though he's already insanely good for a 22 year old.

I think he was, essentially, going to be a big hand in the Triple H era. That era may never now emerge and he will have more options.

Yeah he's paid at least $1m a year I think so financially he'll be alright, but any dreams he had of ascending in the company will be put on hold. He might as well do a Shane, leave, do some shit in China and then come back to double the power and money

Think they're doing Mox vs Suzuki and Ruby vs Hayter, and one other match I'm forgetting.  Most of it will be interviews and segments though after that PPV.

They'll start setting up programs for the New York show at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Expect that to be Danielson's in ring debut. My guess will be some sort of elimination tag match between the elite (with Adam Cole) vs Christian, Bryan and Jurassic Express.

Maybe have the elite take out Christian backstage and have Punk be the replacement
