Fingers crossed for Gomez, will be a big miss especially if Lovren keeps picking up knocks.

Disjointed but hardly surprising, not dissimilar to the Watford first half, hopefully the second follows suit.

Thought Keita got better as the half went along starting to show some good touches and moves.

This always happens when you make so many changes at once.

What does? We play the same way we have been for weeks?

Someone needs to crunch Bardsley in the second half and give him a taste of his own medicine.

That challenge on Moreno epitomises his style of play - c*nt followed through and always has done.

Hate him, always have, always will!

This team is not good enough. I would put Salah or Firmino on at 55 and the other at 70.

We have made one sub.

Origi and Sturridge have both been shocking. Ball is just bouncing off origi and Sturridge is playing like he’s on the beach.

Keita has been bright. Hopefully we can break them down but we’ll probably need salah and bobby on to do that. Shame that we can’t rest them without such a drop in quality

Origi and Sturridge has looked like statues this half, Shaqiri has been poor as well. The rest of the side has been good in what would always be a combative game.

Sturridge is not a 90min player anymore in fact hasn’t been for a while and Origi is the player we are looking at offloading.

Hope Joe's all right.

Matip puts the fear of God into me, jittery as fuck.

We've had chances, just the usual when we're not on it, players making wrong decisions in front of goal.

Burnley tired between 30-40, I expect them to be shattered after 65 if they keep up the closing.

As expected. Burnley allowed to get away with their usual agricultural 'tackles' because of this underdog narrative. Bardsley is an absolute yard dog. Similar to Watford away insofar as the first half was a fairly sterile affair but like Watford, Burnley have put a lot into it and will find it hard to keep this up for 90 minutes. They won't be happy to see Mo coming on with 25 minutes to go as they begin to tire!

Hope Joe Gomez is okay  :(

I've no idea who this commentator on my steam is. He keeps stumbling over his words but I have to say, I like his commentary. He tries to remain positive and shows no bias whatsoever; a refreshing change to Martin 'YES' Tyler.

The midfield, except Keita, hasn't been at the races and really needs to do a better job. We have two strikers up front and they're getting next to no service.

Hopefully Ref starts calling the game right.

That foul on Moreno and Barnes dive are just embarrassing.

Getting more creative, but Sturridge and Origi really gotta step it up.

Dyche clearly just told them to kick the shit out of us

Bardsleys a knob, running around like an overexcited dog clattering into people

Gutted for Gomez, hope its not serious

Keita is quality, the way he moves the ball is brilliant and he can pick a pass

We've got better as the game has gone on, moving the ball quickly is the key. Every time we've looked deadly we've stepped up the pace and played one touch passes

When they saw our lineup the managers job was done in terms of getting their tails up.
Been just as everyone predicted...... disjointed and now the shocking looking injury to Gomez..... has one of those nights written all over it!!!

There is another option. Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple.

Nothing we haven't see this season so all good so far. Gomez looked in pain.

It's the really simple stuff which annoys me with sturridge though. Getting knocked off the ball looking for a foul, misplacing a simple pass, that chip straight to the keeper. Yet he will score like at Chelsea or do something really good whuch showcases his natural ability but it's all the little simple stuff which doesn't come off which is frustrating

I would swap Moreno with Milner for a left-back position.   Moreno can use his pace as an attacking midfielder.

"Free roam" has to stop, that's too much energy!   Stick to your position.

Jesus christ, forgot how much of a horrible team they are. Two tactics: break our legs, and lob it long. That's it. I'll have a party when they go down and Sean Dyche blames it foreigners.

Their fans seem to have taken over from Stoke for biggest scumbags, as they seem to be boo-ing Moreno for having the temerity to be fouled by Bardsley. Did he not think about what his ankle would do to 'Are Phil's studs?

You are forgetting the “back in back in fall over... free kick technique “

Two strikers, no service.

Burnley are Burnleying. They're awful, even in comparison to us being disjointed.

Sturridge is having a serious stinker.
He's not been brought into the game. Deliver balls to him and he'll finish Burnley.

This always happens when you make so many changes at once.

Lets just see what happens in the second half. I don't really get what you expect Klopp to do considering the run of fixtures. You want to risk all of our first choice players on these dirty buggers?

I thought Sturridge played well actually, he's never really had any time or space on the ball yet looks the most likely to make something happen alongside Keita.

Gomez injury a worry but hopefully not as bad as it appeared. Bardsley is an utter tool, should have at least been booked. Matip is a liability. Keita has done well. Build up play pedestrian and not enough threat for all our possession. Got better in the last ten minutes. Playing quicker and forwards would help massively.
