Worst performance of the season by some distance, and the worst performance in ages. I don't even remember the last time we played this badly. As the saying goes, we were lucky to get nil. Shocking. Play like this against City and we're in for an absolute dicking. That was the absolute worst possible preparation for City.

Got played off the park. That is a very good Napoli side. We didn't turn up and paid for it. That midfield was very poor. No control, no platform to attack. Very one dimensional. Front three isolated and never in the game. Onto the next game.

We were poor and created nothing. We were punished for being lacklustre all over the pitch. Why didn't we bring on Shaq or Sturbridge sooner?

Really not happy with that performance. We never really looked like we wanted to win it.

Alexander-Arnold, Salah and Mane were nothing short of woeful.

People will argue that Mane at least looks to get on the ball, but if you're not going to pass it, why bother?

Our worst match of the current season - we were unrecognizable. Pretty damn mediocre, to be honest, and Napoli deserved the three points because we barely threatened.

I hope it's just a passing thing and we're back at our best during the weekend. We can't afford to let this winless streak become a rut.

Good grief. That. Was. Bad. Didn't muster a single shot on target all night, Napoli made us look like a Europa League outfit truth be told. Ideally we'd some fellas get a breather next game but no possibility of that is there. I mentioned lack of rotation being a worry a couple of weeks ago and this is why. These guys barely had a rest in the summer and they're playing every game under the sun. Great start to the season but it's not sustainable.

Very poor performance by everyone except the two centre-halves and the goalie. Robertson daydreaming at the end for the goal. He also made a shocking clearance after they hit the bar. Trent was very poor on the ball, and the all the midfielders dawdled on the ball constantly. The forwards gave the ball away cheaply all the time.

Bad day at the office hopefully.
