Apparently wanted by United and Arsenal. So he's basically come a full circle in 18 months. Still no idea what governed his decision to leave. Juve will make a tidy profit on him because they'll get over 20 million for him after signing him on free so I can see why they wanted the deal. But I still don't understand what the thinking behind Emre's decision was. He literally played in Kyiv for his last appearance (Most likely had already signed before then) but I can't imagine the thought process behind it.
Either way, he was never one of our proper starters and even though he had a MOTM game in him every once in a while, his inconsistency and lack of concentration at times has been repaired with more consistent midfielders now. Fabinho is far far superior a talent than Can will ever be so there's little to complain except for the fact that he was a decent player, if inconsistent, and his career should not nosedive like it has, but in the end if he goes to United, I hope he turns out to be the greatest flop they've seen since Veron.
