Man of the match. The string of saves, his composure at the end, his sweeping, all of it was top top top class. Won us the trophy on a day when the outfield players weren't at their best. What a keeper.

Difference between this seasons' CL final and last seasons final. We had a top notch GK who didn't make any unforced errors. MOTM for me. Well deserved clean sheet and the best GK in the world by some distance, amongst a very classy group of keepers around at the moment.

Every save looks routine because of his size, his speed and his positioning, but plenty of top keepers would've conceded a couple tonight.

He makes every save look regulation, like it's just a training drill and he's knocking away shots from Achterburg. His positioning and anticipation are so far above any goalkeeper we've had, not just on shot-stopping but in every facet of goalkeeping.

Weirdly the 'shot' when I had my head in my hands was the mishit from Alli about 70 mins in. From the camera angle it looked to be bending into the top corner... then Alisson did a little hop and plucked it out of the air.
