Don't know whether to stick with Gross or not. Know the minute I take him out he'll get a goal but feel like there's much more to be had with March, Mitoma, Enciso, Ferguson etc.

Also don't know whether to keep Gabriel in now. It looks like he's definitely fallen out of favour with Arteta but no Timber or Tomiyasu surely means he starts.

I have Gakpo up front but he isn't really firing

I wonder will he make way for Endo for this week

alvarez or awoniyi to replace him maybe?

Gross and Havertz not clicking just yet either

Why's Gabriel benching for Arsenal? He was an ever present last season.

Rumours he wants to go to Saudi.

He will be needed now with Timber injured long term but something has definitely gone down.

Annoying that pre-season reports had Awoniyi injured, he was one of my smart low-ownership investments but I balked and traded him out just before the start.

I've got Cody too but I'm sticking with him, as soon as he plays as a forward again he'll boss it. Only reason to reconsider is to bring in Szobo (as always I am at the limit for LFC players).

Haha really? Can I reverse my decision if it’s before the deadline? :D

Have him in my draft team anyway so that’ll do.

Not sure if it costs you for just reverting it, my mates lad done it with a bunch of players in one week last season and it cost him something like 50+ points. But he was transferring all sorts of different players for the one position, rather than just the two.

Was a little tempted to bring in a Chelsea defender as it should theoretically be a clean sheet but couldn't bring myself to do it. It's too dirty.

I've brought Disasi in for Shaw so Chelsea will concede anyway.

Gone -4 and put March in for Gross. Just seems like he's in amongst the goals so they'll inevitably dry up now...

Haaland captain.

Hope you did it mate. Massive differential which has bumped me to the top of my mini league. Gusto looks to have nailed that RWB spot and at 4.0 will be a snip.

Points don't get deducted until the next gameweek. I'm pretty sure that trading player A for B and then B for A as two committed transfers in the same week will be counted as transfers, so you'll lose 4 points if you don't have a spare carried over.

I also play an Aussie Rules game that has a "reset" button that allows you to undo all changes since the last deadline at no charge. It's a nice feature because it allows you to make your transfers when it suits, then if the injury reports are no good you can walk them back, rather than having to wait until a few hours before the first game to do everything.

Did wildcard not cause I was doing badly but my bench was rubbish. Took out Trent (not justifying cost at the moment) and Gakpo and added Diaz, Gusto and Sterling to name but a few. 33 points from tonight's game!

Let me know which player you don't want to score next gameweek and I'll put them in. Or which player you want to score and I'll take them out.

Curious how this worked out? Were you able to reverse the transfer? My impression was that wasn't possible.

I am on 33 after WCing. Udogie 1st sub with 12 points. :(

I've used my first WC early in the past and it's actually worked well. Hopeful, it will prove the case this season.

I’m on 12 and everyone else in my work league has 30 or 40 odd. Looked and they mainly all have Rashford and/or Fernandes. Hard having scruples in this game.

Got 39 points so far but that's cause of Sterling and Gusto. Definitely agree with the no Mancs rule ;D

As I said 5 to play including captain. Got two Villa players on bench incase any don't play.

32, overall rank in the 6 millions. I'd blame falling levels of interest in the PL, but my best ever season by far was my first, when I'd only recently arrived in England and didn't give a solitary fuck!

I was planning on going with the strategy of picking an attacking player up against Luton every week, stupidly gone back on it already because Cameron Archer is dirt cheap for a big money signing (and they’re playing Everton).

I’ve got Botman who’s out and Van Hecke who doesn’t seem to start. Sold Botman for Gusto (?) who is starting for the basket case that is Chelsea at the moment. Gives me a bit more runs for when I look for a Curtis replacement next week too.
