I was thinking the same. Those aimless runs and cross field balls reminded me of Rooney. Total waste of space. I think £500k/week goes a long way to helping him overcome his uselessness.

Everytime i watch sevilla I can’t believe no english teams have gone in for nzonzi. Its almost like his time at blackburn works against him. He’d be an interesting signing for a lot of teams. Probably lacks the mobility for our midfield though
