Watched the Neymar highlights and he was playing an interesting position, almost an attacking midfielder rather than a forward, buzzing around the pitch, being creative and generally throwing some tricks in.  Will be interesting to see how high his ceiling is with a team focused entirely around his talents.

Falcao rescues Monaco again! that is 4 in 2 league games, great to have him back..  Gifted and a natural goalscorer for Porto and Atleti.. his time at Man Utd/Chelsea was dire, it was nice to see him putting in performances in the CL and winning Ligue 1 as a player of his caliber should be last season.

Metz 0-1, Falcao 79

Also, the number of world class, quality players rebelling and sent to sit on the stands / dumped off the squad is ridiculous this season. Mbappe finding no love with Jardim.

PSG's squad is unreal. The pressure on Emery is going to be colossal if they don't perform well early in the season.

Do PSG basically ignore DM and GK? Never hear about them trying to sign a world class player in either position.

Well Verratti is a world class DM, Motta does a job in Ligue 1 and they seem to like Rabiot even though he is more a CM.

Anyway, they've just sold Matiudi to Juve with the intention of replacing him with Monaco's Fabinho.

Their defence is just packed with talent; Aurier, Kurzawa, Berchiche, Meunier, Thiago Silva, Kimpembe, Marquinhos and Dani Alves.

One decision I don't understand is keeping Goncalo Guedes in the squad whilst letting Jean-Kevin Augustin leave for Redbull Leipzig. I think it would be questionable to let Draxler leave and keep hold of Pastore too. With their bottomless pit of dough you only let a world class player leave if he kicks up a fuss and demands it (draxler wants to stay)

How was he left completely free in that position? Guess i'll put this game on now, Ed and Neymar should really be scoring a goal a game in Ligue 1.

Rabiot is absolutely brilliant. Only Veratti's meteoric rise has overshadowed his progression.

We should be all over him, but PSG have made him a regular now.

Incredible stuff. Neymar looks right at home in that LF position and has settled in already.

This is why I believe Draxler is very achievable this window for a team willing to cought up around 40-50Mn.

Barcelona are to sue former player Neymar over his 222m euro (Ł200m) world record move to Paris St-Germain.

The Brazil international made the move to the French club after they met his buyout clause earlier this summer.

A Barcelona statement said the club were seeking repayment of his 8.5m euros (Ł7.8m) bonus for the renewal of his contract - on the grounds of breach of contract - plus 10% in interest.

Forward Neymar is to sue former club Barcelona over a 26m euros (Ł23.97m) unpaid loyalty bonus included in the contract he signed last November.

It comes after Barcelona said they were suing the new Paris St-Germain player for 8.5m euros (Ł7.83m), as they want him to return the bonus paid when he signed the five-year extension.

Fifa said it had received a claim from the Brazilian against Barcelona.

On Tuesday, Neymar announced he will contest the Catalan club's lawsuit.

The 25-year-old's management group N & N Consultoria said in a statement that the player had fulfilled the terms of the deal

PSG broke the world transfer record earlier this month by triggering the 222m euros (Ł200m) buyout clause in Neymar's contract.

The 25-year-old won two La Liga titles, three Copas del Rey and the 2015 Champions League during his four years with Barcelona.
