Same for me ,payment has not been taken out for our three seats, usually money is taken 2 weeks before the match date.

Ive had the two emails for two seats but I know the debit card i have registered has long gone , but won't let me change it as a payment Is being processed , i presume it will be rejected then i can enter the new details

What a pisser that my son and I joined the ACS and had to take seats in the main stand upper row 90 as there was nothing better left Then lo and behold today take your pick from seats on the front row of upper main stand. Might be a call to the ticket office in the morning I think!!

No I had no luck,apparently "all the data has been transferred over" for the ACS so there's nothing they can do.
Only suggestion the girl had was to come out of the scheme and buy new tickets on a game by game basis which was tempting but decided against it.
Only consolation is that obviously next time we're in the Champs League we will have higher priority for tickets in the ACS enrollment scheme.

That looks perfectly normal to me. I have entries like that with £0.00 against them on my Purchase History going back several years (back to 2008 in fact).

I see your point, but as you said you don't know if he has a valid reason for not going which he does and I will not go into detail on a football forum. He will not be expecting tickets for any future rounds if we get through on Wednesday and the lad who goes in his place on Wednesday will be offered his ticket for the next game. I have my own credit system
