Had a nightmare this morning. I got on after 5 mins and only needed CL games. I picked three good seats and checked out. It runs out that I had 2 seats per person. I cleared basket and got three much worse seats. Same error again.
I called TO and they told me that I had three tickets locked in my basket and I couldn't checkout. They told me to clear basket, nothing happened. I tried clearing basket until the point at which all the adult child tickets were gone and I had ran out of time.
Miraculously, another girl come on the phone who unlocked the tickets and carried out the rest of the transaction over the phone. Although I've ended up with the worst of the tickets that I picked I still found the ticket office were very helpful (which is the first time for many years that has happened).
