I'd have no problem with it finishing where it is.

Hate that nothing ever seems to finish these days, it has to be milked until it goes downhill. If he doesn't want to write it then let it be.

Having said that, ,I'd watch a 4th season

Presumably having the certainty to move forward will allow the team to work a lot more quickly.

I finally but the bullet and tried this again.

It's good. Really good. The best bits of Family Guy mixed with South Park and of course, Futurama.

With that said, I have no idea why the fans are such fucking weirdoes. You don't need to be intelligent to enjoy it at all and that bullshit with the Szechuan sauce at McDonald's wasn't even a significant part of the show.

Someone did tell me it was the best show with the worst fans, but I guess I don't even see what causes the mad devotion.

E4 have brought forward showing the new series, so episode one was last week and available on catch up.

They were due to show it in jan next year but pressure from fans to show it has told.

Enjoyed the first episode, was a little flat in places but still better than 99% of stuff out there.

Yup. I guess the first two episodes suffered a bit because Rick and Morty were out and about on their own for the most part.

Am I in the minority in thinking that it's not as good as the previous 3 seasons? I cant quite put my finger on it, I mean there are some very funny bits in it and its watchable but it doesnt feel like it has the same discipline and quality as before, always worries me when shows start to force it and sre trying too hard, upping the ante and turning it all up to 11 and see what sticks.

Probably will re-watch it all again and see if they start to hold up after more viewings like the 3 seasons previous did.

I'd agree about the first four episodes, but the snake episode was a welcome return to form and possibly one of my favourites in the whole series.

Ah I've only see the first 4 episodes so far, I thought the first episode was decent enough then the next 3 were quite mediocre, little narrative or story arc and hammering home jokes Family Guy style.

I don't think there's ever been a fan following that was as convinced that their enjoyment of a thing made them better than other people. Incredibly tiresome.
