The next event, according to the rules, will be the one that tees off first. There's a three-hour difference between the venues, so Bridgestone looks likely to be next, but I didn't take the effort to check last year's tee times. If Barracuda tees off at 6 a.m. locally, and Bridgestone at 10 a.m. locally, then Barracuda will be next. My stated deadlines are always provisional to begin with, and I'll update them once the official tee times are published on Wednesday, then I'll officially confirm which one is the next event. This will be based on official planned tee times, so if one event is delayed by the weather, the order will not change as far as our game is concerned.
But, as I said, for now, it does make sense for you to pick Spieth.
