7 out of 9 is not too bad , will stay second irrespective of the results and a spurs win will have cut the gap so let's wait until wednesday and hopefully it will look brighter . Some poor performances out there but we tend to recover well from them and ( burnley , Bournemouth ) yet this wasn't a defeat .

We weren't good enough, too complacent and making 1 change from a game 44 hours earlier, we got we what deserved. Didn't do enough to win it.

Firmino average again he is performing 1 in 8 games atm and Can was poor to name another.

bad result but you know two games within 48 hours is severe. some players looked very tired and our squad isnt big enough atm. lets hope spurs get the win over chelsea on wednesday because if chelsea win that its gonna be very hard to stop them.

Can one would have been harsh. The commentators were raging about it for 10 minutes but it was pretty innocuous I think. In my opinion, the referee got all penalty shouts right and fucked up most of everything else

Thought we were too deep at times, should have defended more aggressively

Certain players looked leggy Can, firmino, Wijnaldum

Missed Henderson

But all in we dominated the 2nd half but didn't create enough

Tired, tired performance. Some of them were running on fumes. In Moreno's case, glue fumes.

Just bleh for that. Two points dropped. They'll point to Mignolet's saves, we'll point to the good chances we had. Should have fucked them off though.

Not enough energy to play our style of football. We needed some special skills today when the legs were gone, but nope.

The worst thing about today is that if the next game was against Sunderland we would fucking batter them. Given that we don't play again until next Sunday, and the game wasn't scheduled for TV, then what the fuck is the point of playing the game today rather than tomorrow or Wednesday? 7 points from 9 over 3 games in 6 days is a good haul, but the brainless scheduling meant we had a tired team out there today that were a shadow of their normal selves. Or it could be argued that Klopp could have made a few more changes, especially in midfield where I thought Can struggled without Hendo next to him. I'd have even put Milner in there from the start and had Moreno on as left back, or Kevin Stewart.

Moyes will be laughing his arse off tonight, because his team did exactly what he wanted them to. Ran themselves in to the ground, fuelled by a grim siege mentality. Knew this one was a banana skin, but the worst thing is that it didn't have to be. That habit we are developing of being dragged down to the alehouse level of football that dross like Sunderland put out is going to cost us at the end of the season.
