The other 13 q's have that whole "on the balance of probabilties" angle built in but Q6 absolutely has to be unanimous on all 4 points therein, thus presenting the potentially ludicrous situation where all jury members agree on everything except for one of 'em not agreeing with just one of the points - ergo not unanimous.
