Did you not see his workrate and the cross for Benteke? Show some respect.

I was happy to see him out wide finally until that absolute bellend of a foul. Hope he stays there.

Only caught the last 20 minutes, but I really wish we had more patience in the final third. We rush things too much.

Onwards boys, onwards.

Milner from hero to villain - really unnecessary foul that led to that goal (scary how often we see that against us actually) - and earned himself a suspension to boot.

Anyhow, saw some really positive energy against a really quick team.

If we start with an experienced striker we're winning that like.

Our striker woes are genuinely crippling us.

1-1. Fair result, but we should have won when we took the lead. Great goal by the way! Benteke and/or Sturridge really needs to start for us up front as often as possible. Origi isn't ready. We need Firmino to up his performances too.

Some really stupid players we have. Moreno and Can don't have a clue what they're doing.

I thought Moreno had a really good game aside from that period where he fucked up 3 or 4 crosses in a row.

As soon as Benteke scored I thought that we'd surely go on and win it. Inspired sub, Klopp being the manager, the atmosphere being great, his first win, etc etc. It was all set up.

But as soon as we retreated back to our old ways to defend the 1-0 I got an impending sense of doom and just knew we would concede .

played them off the park in the second only to have us revert to a weak equalizer. Ugh. Our defense was rock solid till that point. Gonna take a while for klopp to get these guys to think like winners.

1 win in 12 games now; forgotten what a win feels like  :(

Such a shitty, scruffy goal to concede as well. We have a genuine world class manager at the helm now so at least we know if anyone can turn this side around it's him.

Very frustrating to concede from a very cheaply conceded free-kick.

We were much improve once Benteke had come on, thought Firmino looked quite bright as well.  Sakho and Lucas were excellent while Moreno and Can are improving too.  Disappointed we couldn't hold on for an important three points but I think there are promising signs already under Klopp.

Average shite for 270 minutes now.

Because we have average shite players.

Doesn't matter if we have Jesus H Christ as manager, our squad is mid table, and that's where we'll finish.

Thanks to the Ģ300m spending spree.

I saw better players in this morning's Sunday League game than Ģ25m Lallana

World class header by Benteke. Unfortunately that seems to be the only way we can score. Relying too much on individual brilliance.

Great celebration by Klopp. Big job on his hands.

Can is not disciplined. He needs to improve or needs to be shunted out. Lalana bad control where it matters. Firminho needs to start. Coutinho seems like this system does not fit him. We show signs of brilliance but with average players.

And one thing to add. I don't understand why Klopp keeps Can on and takes off Lallana. Can just runs forward and loses the ball and he seemed much less effective than Lallana.
Probably because he has hardly been able to complete 90 minutes in his time with us.

Not faulting any of the lads today. It may not have been the result we wanted but I thought the performance was so, so encouraging. We may have thrown away the win but we don't look like we'll be giving away any cheap losses under Klopp.

defensive organization, individual awareness and a stronger mentality would cure a lot of our "bad luck"

It would also help if we could take decent corners. With Can, Skrtel, Benteke, and Sakho in the box it's incredibly frustrating to see the corners bump into the first opponent time and time again.

You are joking right? I haven't seen his corner passing the first man yet. He has terrible first touch and he fouls needlessly.

Absolute tosh, Rodgers has left Klopp with a simply awful selection of players.

We got good players,
I just think the eye has been taken off the ball (literally) for sometime, the team needs to reset, forget the past and move forward now.

Still a work in progress

As Firmino gets more game time you will see how good this lad is, and he will link up with Benteke well,  what a goal by Benteke, and celebration by Klopp, i think we should start judging this team after the next window, sadly many wont , instant miracles only happen for Disney

Most people will give it a couple of windows, if not more.

The change is obvious even if the results aren't.
