For me an Ancelotti or a Klopp are both just the cherry on top of the cake. Both of them are in very different ways are great motivators. They aren't empire builders or people who reconstruct clubs. One is a manic German whose teams mimic his hyper personality and the other is a suave Italian who exudes class.FSG need to construct the club because when you think of it the manager or coach should be the last piece of the jigsaw. The infrastructure, the ideology, the way of playing and the foundations should already be there. The pre-requisites should already be in place and the manager/coach should be chosen after the framework has been constructed.When we were successful the manager didn't matter because everything else was in place and the manager was chosen from within. We need to sort the structure out get knowledge and football nous into the club and then go from there.
