Hmm, never seen anything alike. Does it happen with one specific stream or all of them? Was going to ask whether you had cleared the cache, but if you've re-installed it and all then that shouldn't have anything to do with it I suppose.

Give this a try: right click the AceStream icon down to the right > Options > Advanced > Clear disk cache.

If that doesn't work, have you tried clearing all the cache on your computer with a programme (e.g. CCleaner)?

if i hover over the play icon on the toolbar it still shows good DL speed and good numers helping but no player window will open

anyone know a way around this

that's usually down to the device rather than the streams.  try them on a PC and they're fine.

there is a fix but seems not to work for 720p.

I had some problems after recent kodi update on firetv with plp streams in phoenix Valhalla. Fixed it by disabling video acceleration

yeah, that's the fix, but on my android tab it ends up playing HD stuff in slow motion must really need that acceleration.  SD streams work OK though.

Fingers crossed you get it to work normally. If Bloodzeed's too heavy for you then you can try any other in the links on this page.

Regarding SopCast: 4.0.0 is the latest for Windows, I'd definitely update it as you'd have problems using streams. There are quite a few Russian/Spanish ones around and occasionally there's some in English as well, so it's still worth having it installed, the quality's still very good.
