Unlikely. He seems far too comfortable in his Sky role, plus he needs to get his coaching badges.
He could potentially be a good addition though. As a player, he knew how to construct a defence in-game with his organisation skills. He also has experience in being coached by Houllier and Benitez who were both specialised in teaching defence. Both possessed a different blueprint to Rodgers, but it should still be possible to implement some of their basic methods into our structure.
I don't think we'll drastically change with him coming in, but there should be a slight improvement. Bould has made a small difference to Arsenal. Remember reading an interview, in where Mertesecker spoke of how Bould helped both him and Koscielny with his defensive drills. Carra should be capable of having the same impact. Small but at least some kind of improvement.
I can't see it though. Rodgers has shown in a recent interview, he is resistant to bringing anyone in.
