CP Company is the label that does the goggle jacket, they used to do a coat in 90's and 00s with a mask, the label said was an environmental mask but somehow coincidentally was great for use when Italian police were using tear gas, quite popular with the Italian Ultras of the time

I don't recall ever seeing anyone actually wearing the things though. I assumed they were aiming for the all-black North Face types. I remember seeing some of them in high summer when it was roasting. Walking down Stanley Road in Kirkdale all in black, black coats with their hoods up and wearing black gloves. 

No doubt they thought they looked cool, but everyone on the bus was shaking their heads or laughing.

I remember those North face caps with the ear flaps that were the fashion with certain sections of the younger generation, usually those on street corners in Norris Green or Crocky with their hands down the front of their kecks  (old farts may recall the Beatles had similar in leather.) I remember my eldest telling me, somewhat carefully (he was about 15]  that they were called Twat Hats by the lads in school - because the ones wearing them looked like Twats. I think he was somewhat relieved when I burst out laughing.
