hang on.  I know jack shit about Everton's history, but if they won the title in 27-28 but then won the Division Two title in 30-31, then that means they managed to get themselves relegated in the space of two seasons after winning the title.

PS: Just checked.  Season after they won the title they finished 18th, and the season after they were relegated.  Finished rock bottom in 22nd place!
