All good, West ham pretty much safe if they win this 11 points ahead of Cardiff. You wouldn't really back Sunderland to win their games in hand.

Don't worry - he's probably just used up his whole PL allowance of luck for this season.  ;)

Sakho on Carroll or stick with a winning side?

It's a tough one. I think we will stick with the winning side. But Sakho playing this one could be a very wise move. Agger against Carroll or Sakho against Carroll. Sakho would be better. But again it's a winning side and Agger has played well recently. But he struggles against this type of striker

Howard Webb yet again proving to be absolutely shite at refereeing football matches

It's beyond a joke. The implications are huge. There's the argument that teams have 37 other games to ensure they stay up, true, but a basic failure to give a penalty which he's looking right at (again) could potentially send Sunderland down.

Starting to really grind my gears now, refs. But, there'll be no explanation again either. They just get on with their continued employment despite their clear incompetence, while others suffer the consequences.

Agreed, how is he classed as a top ref, coward of a ref unable to award even stonewall penalties, then it's shouldn't surprise us, & isn't he going to Ref in the World Cup?
