Young to an extent, but then you have to bear in mind Borini and Alberto are both big signings, Sterling played 30 games last year so it's not exactly a team of wet behind the ears youngsters. Aswell as Skrtel and Suarez there's Martin Kelly to add to that. Add Cissokho and another new signing to the list and we're looking okay.
We've got a really young bench there. Quite startling when looking at it. Suarez and Skrtel are out but aside from that, do we have anyone else?
Allen is a pretty experienced player so ignore the comment about him but they're still inexperienced players. 30 games isn't all that much IMO. Still, agree about Cissokho and Willian - our bench will hopefully be looking stronger in September.
94 Corner to us. Last kick. Ali in the box and he’s scored
I've got a feeling that Origi is the real deal, from a couple of games I watched but mainly his interviews there seems to be something about him.
Henderson is going to have to do a lot of running today in order to cover for Aspas and Coutinho down those flanks

They all do their share of defending.
Can't stress how important an early goal is here.
Stoke: Begovic, Cameron, Shawcross, Huth, Pieters, Whelan, Nzonzi, Palacios, Walters, Crouch, Etherington
That team has been picked to stifle us. If we get an early goal we'll win this easily I reckon.
Was that just taken?
They're Stoke. They throw sticks at aeroplanes there
Yes. Ben Smith @BenSmithBBC 17 minSuarez is now back out walking around the pitch at Anfield. Getting booed by Stoke fans. Liverpool fans a little stunned.Ben Smith @BenSmithBBC 19mSuarez was smiling and waving to fans, even shook the hand of referee Mark Halsey as he walked around Anfield.Ben Smith @BenSmithBBC 23mLuis Suarez out on the pitch at Anfield with his little girl. Gets round of applause from his kids. Wearing club tracksuit etc.
If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.
You just feel like Coutinho can run circles around that midfield once he gets over the shit house tactics.
We're as bad as the press!! Every action doesn't need scrutinising. He's here, it seems he's clearly staying so why wouldn't he be at the game?
"The key isn't the system itself, but how the players adapt on the pitch. It doesn't matter if it's 4-3-3 or 4-4-2, it's the role of the players that counts." Rafa Benitez
Happy with that team. Much prefer Henderson over Allen at home. He has more goal threat and is more physical which is useful against Stoke.
