If Ben Arfa was in our midfield Brad Guzan would have got a hand to it and tipped it onto the post...
If I were a linesman, I would execute defenders who applauded my offsides.

There I was, thinking they wouldn't highlight Johnson letting Podolski in for the first goal, but no. They had an entire segment ready to tear the shit out of him. "The Manic of Glen"? What the fuck? The bias is unbearable. Had that been Walker or Richards marauding down the right all game, they wouldn't have said a word. Had they given Podolski that space, not a word would be said. It's staggering.

Also, no mention of Gerrard needlessly giving the ball away. Hansen, you're not much better than Lawrenson.
They just picked on the usual target, lazy punditry in the extreme.I guess they didn't want to say anything bad about Rodgers as they'll probably have him back on the MOTD sofa soon like they did last year.

RVP as goal of the month?

Fuck off back to Coventry, Dublin.

Torres took it on the chest there when he should've left footed volley it. He always now seems to want to give it the extra touch.

I assume it was more that we had other target(s) like Dempsey and by the time they fell through it was too late to look elsewhere
