When will someone from our club fucking take on the FA already?

How can an institution that has David Gill on their board be impartial?

Fucking sick of this.

Hear hear. I think we all are.

Its all good and well doing things the 'Liverpool way' but when its damaging the club we need to fight fire with fire. The FA know we're a soft touch and are taking the fuckin piss out of us. Its about time someone at the club stood upto these c*nts.

Ridiculous. They want to charge that Yank c*nt Dempsey as well. And failing to control our players?

We were far too controlled. Jay Spearing should have Stone Cold Stunnered Kevin Friend.

Got the point where the FA are laughable and just a bit of a disgrace really. I knew Suarez would get charged despite the fact that previous players haven't for the same incidents, guessing the c*nts want to prove some kind of point or make him an example and then carry on with their inconsistent bullshit when an English player does the same in the future. Fair enough he does deserve a charge based on the incident but they have to be consistent on it, not charge some players and let some off.

But charging the club for failing to control players? Pretty much EVERY team does this week in week out and it never even gets mentioned. I am not saying it's right, but in the future (next week most likely) when there is a bad decision and you see players surround the referee I guarantee my balls it will not even get mentioned never mind the club being charged.

Bend over enough times and their dick is out as soon as you say hello.

The last time Kenny stood up to David Gill's old boys, we had 2 players sent off in the next game. Same thing happened to Villas-Boas at QPR.

So the club has been charged!? Does this mean the players can't get banned or fined!? The only outcome is the club getting a fine!?

Someone please tell me that there is no agenda or corruption. Just fucking try and justify a claim like that. Amoungst all other pathetic charges brought by the F.A this has taken the biscuit. Look at United when they got a pen against them against Newcastle, alot worse than our players but fuck all gets done. It happens almost every single weekend but when we do it once, we get charged.

This is fucking unbelieveable, I can't get my head around it.

Both the club and Suarez have been charged, meaning most likely the club will recieve a fine for "failing to control our players." and Suarez will recieve a ban and a fine for his gesture.

ATTENTION MAINSTREAM FOOTBALL WRITERS: Here's a quick rundown of "offensive gesture" incidents to help your write your Suarez stories properly:

9 May 2011: Manchester United and England player Wayne Rooney is photographed and videotaped making a clear V-sign toward Chelsea fans. FA decides not to take action.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/may/09/wayne-rooney-punishment-sign-chelsea-fans

17 December 2007: Chelsea and England player Ashley Cole is photographed making a clear V-sign toward Arsenal fans. There is no immediately available record of the FA taking any action.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/2328795/Ashley-Cole-faces-wait-over-V-sign-fall-out.html

19 January 2010: Manchester United and England player Gary Neville is photographed clearly extending a middle finger toward Manchester City's Carlos Tevez in full view of fans, at the end of a heated local derby. There is no immediately available record of the FA taking any action.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/jan/20/gary-neville-finger-alex-ferguson-roberto-mancini

There's the hard part done for you. Now do your jobs. Find out whether Cole and Neville were punished -- Cole for doing precisely what Suarez is accused of, Neville for doing something similar and surely no more excusable.

If you find that they were indeed punished, then inform us, and demand the same for Suarez.

If you find that they were not, demand equal treatment for Suarez, regardless of the fact that he is your pantomime villain and does not play his international football for England.

Chelsea crowd the referees every week. As a team, they are - by an absolute distance - the worst behaved towards officials. Nothing ever done to them.

I heard that twat Jeff Winter saying that some of our players laid hands on the referee, and that's where the charge has come from. Can't remember that happening. Anyone?

Can't believe this really......

Remember when Gary Neville ran the entire length of the pitch to abuse our fans?  No charge was there?

Rightly so too, he had been getting stick all match, it wasn't anything untoward.....
I just can't see how this is in anyway a chargeable offence.....

Also we still have the other charge hanging over him.....I mean how fucking long are they going to leave it?  It's been months now...are they waiting for some really big cup games to ban him?

I think the club should think long and hard about how they deal with this, a nice powerful statement from John Henry outlining his disgust would be a start.
