Absoutely makes me rage, reading about people who get the likes of Etoo in their packs,

Ive done loads of trading, boutgh a few packs, and each and every one full of shite. Dont know what i have to do toget a half decent player in a pack

This, far more likely to get what you want searching through auctions, can find the odd bargain too. Definitely more value in the auctions than spunking the thousands on a gold pack though, easier to build the team you want. Some daft Georde bought a Newcastle badge for 700 coins from me last night

I bought packs last week and lost money on every one (see previous posts)
After smartening up and learning how to trade, I've made £10k profit and have another £10k worth of assets being sold.
It's not that hard once you know how.

There is still the lure of buying a pack though, kind of like trying to win the lottery. I can understand why people with little time do it. It is a time consuming issue trading effectively. You have to be on the ball to spot the bargains.

Caston, I've got a couple of questions for you.
1. How do the bid tokens work. Sometimes they go up, sometimes they go down, and sometimes they don't get used.
2. How can a player be in form and not at the same time? For example, there are non in-form Shawcross's around for 1500cr yet there are still in-form Shawcross's around for much more. How does that work?

I havent really got the players atm to make a big profit, most valuable would probably be Lucas or Adriano (the Barca one), don't want to risk auctioning them off and not get any decent bids. Will wait and get the monthly gold packs and see if I get much from them

The non in-form are the cards/players that were around before the in-form team of the week was released (and after the weekly in-form team changed, unless he got into two in a row).

Sold all my assests and left me with 14 gold players, just bought the swiss lad Shaqiri (rare) for 1,000 coins. Going to try and sell him for more so I can then get about 3 decent gold players to bulk my squad up. Haven't got any world beaters in my starter packs so have been trading a lot.

Dont get me wrong, I know how to trade, and make money doing it n that.

But its just the idea, the lure of gettin an in form Rooney, or something similair now at the start of them game, which would set me up nicely for the rest of the year

Pretty much what has happened with me. I spent 2000 ms points and ended up with an In form Cavani and an In form Nani.

Converted Nani to 4-1-2-1-2 and a LM and sold him for 250,000.

Thats enough to get you a really competitive team. I suggest you go with a serie a team as they have the most skillful players(Gold) in the game.

Just remember the time on Fifa 10 when I had not many players and a few people helped me out. As for Suarez - The 10k and the sale of Johnson, Barry and Negredo should get you him.
