question about the kop

i'm planing to make my first trip to anfield and to get tickets for the kop.
so my question is if there are seats or just standings at the kop.
sry for the question, but it's important for me, because i can't make it 90 mins without sitting (because of a disease)

The 304/305/306 sections are the standing sections mate, best singing and atmosphere up in those parts.  Regardless you can sit at half time, but if you can't stand at all during the game anywhere else in the Kop should be fine :)

The Kop is all seated - however if you'll be able to see if you sit down due to standing around you is another matter.
